Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Wapello

« The staff are the real stars here! They are so nice - from the front desk to housekeeping. Special thanks to Erica in housekeeping for making the stay wonderful. I had asked for bare minimum (new sheets and towels) and she did it all plus gave me extras of towels. She saw my little boys! Appreciated the thoughtfulness. The ladies in the breakfast room were also very nice, making sure the kids and I had what we needed. Biscuits and Gravy are Sundays BTW. It was delicious everyday. Great stay!...

« Clean room. Good breakfast! »

« I’m so discouraged by the whole experience. The staff did their best working with what they had….run down nasty place. The carpets on the stairs were not vacuumed, the chair in my room was yellow but black and soils with body fluids from a guy, I had a no smoking room but by the door their was an old tin can for people to dispose of cigarettes under the no smoking sign. What happens people put there things in there and it’s right next to the door and my rooms window so the room smelled like...

« **Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Victor!** Victor provided exceptional customer service during our stay at Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and cooperative, and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed help. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guests and does everything possible to make their stay comfortable and...

« Overall the whole place was clean, especially considering the fair rate. The elevator could use some love and outside the door they don't have someplace for smokers to dispose of their cigarette butts. They were all over the ground! I would stay there again. We didn't try the breakfast it looked very sparce. There is a nice little restaurant in the shopping complex behind the hotel. Oh the staff was nice, but there were disruptive children running around...school was out. Overall everything...

« Overall good, clean, hotel room. The restaurant is closed down when I was there in October 2026, which was a bummer. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast was minimal, but fine. I would stay there again. »

« It is Horrible that this place was closing forever the next week. »

« We loved this perfect property. We met and enjoyed this sweet hostess, Mindy. The place was fantastic and we so enjoyed our entire stay. It couldn't have been a more relaxing, clean, and welcoming place. NOTE: We had a lot of difficulty with finding this property. We are from many states away from Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri. Plus, we are senior citizens, so we struggle with new ways to book places to rent and how to communicate with others. Younger renters would not have struggled to...

« It was everything we needed for our short getaway! Would stay again if in that area. »

« Beautiful house, very accommodating. We stayed the whole month and never had a problem. »

« Liked the open floor plan, kitchen/living room. Mostly a clean place, there was left over food in the fridge & the crisper bins were not clean. The toilet seat shifted when anyone sat on it, so very uncomfortable. The full sized bed was not comfortable because sleepers rolled together in the middle »

« Excellent property near my family. I loved having a house near all attractions. »

« The apartment was cozy and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely book again. »

« The place was comfortable and clean and the AC worked great! There are a lot of stairs, if you can't do stairs will not be a good place. »

« The photos on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The room was dirty, the hangers all 3 of them had dust on them, the luggage rack was dirty and dust. No water pressure. We had to leave after one night »

« The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future. »
